Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging.  We do not accept returns on used goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We do not cover return shipping fees.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Whole house systems are subject to a 15% restocking fee as these units are built to order. This is in addition to the return shipping charge.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@aquacera.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@aquacera.com

Include a copy of your receipt with all returns/exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost/damaged returned items.

Warranty
All products are warranted for one year of purchase date for manufacturer defects. Warranty claim may require you to send the product back to us for inspection/evaluation.  In the event of a defective product, please call or email us to discuss.  Email is info@aquacera.com, telephone is 888-236-8586.  

Shipping Policies

Domestic (US) Orders 
Shipments within the continental United States ship either by UPS Ground or UPS SurePost, tracking is provided with every order.  We can ship to PO Boxes on certain items, but not all qualify as larger items must ship by UPS.  All orders ship via ground service, we do not offer expedited shipping.

International Orders
Shipments to Canada ship either UPS Standard or USPS Ground and can incur additional tax and duty charges, this is a percentage of the total value of the goods shipped. Taxes and duty are the responsibility of the receiver, if you are unwilling to pay these charges and refuse delivery of goods, you will forfeit the original shipping charge and/or any fees incurred to us (CFCI) for your order.  All orders ship via ground service, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Damaged/Broken Goods

Please check the contents and goods for damage within 10 days of receipt and notify us via email at info@aquacera.com with your order number.  Pictures of the damaged/broken goods may be required so please do not discard any broken/damaged items until we've responded to your email.  Claims for damages after 30 days from date of order will not be accepted.
